Most courses teach you how to create a Facebook ad. Almost none teach you how to run the business that sells it.

This is a 593-page operating system for building a Meta ads agency from nothing: the media buying, the tracking, the clients, the contracts, the reporting, the systems and the margin. Written for someone starting with no agency, no clients, no technical background and no sales experience.

Five levels, in order

  • Level 1 — Beginner. The platform, the assets, the auction, the vocabulary. You build nothing yet, and that is deliberate.
  • Level 2 — Practitioner. Business Portfolio, ad account, the full tracking masterclass, audiences, budgets, campaigns, launch.
  • Level 3 — Professional. Diagnosis, testing, creative strategy, scaling, and 21 business-model playbooks.
  • Level 4 — Agency Operator. Niche, outreach, audits, discovery, pricing, proposals, contracts, onboarding, reporting, retention.
  • Level 5 — Agency Owner. Unit economics, client profitability, capacity, hiring, delegation, SOPs, automation, risk and scale.

The tracking section alone is worth the price

Eighteen chapters on the thing most agencies quietly get wrong: datasets, the pixel, the Conversions API, standard events, custom conversions, event deduplication, event match quality, domain verification, lead tracking, CRM integration, UTMs, and why Ads Manager and GA4 never agree.

Complete implementation guides for Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Google Tag Manager and custom websites — with a clear line drawn every time between what you can do yourself and what needs a developer.

What you actually get

  • 131 chapters across five levels
  • 31 original diagrams — the ecosystem map, the auction, the tracking flow, event deduplication, the metric cascade, the diagnostic tree, the scaling model, agency unit economics
  • 21 ready-to-use SOPs in Purpose, Inputs, Steps, QA, Output, Owner format
  • Master checklists for campaign launch (100 items) and tracking verification (61 items)
  • 7 client onboarding templates — questionnaire, access request, brand, offer, sales process, reporting, communication
  • 14 worked business scenarios — e-commerce, local service, high-ticket, real estate, education, coaching, B2B, SaaS, app, healthcare, beauty, hospitality, D2C, professional services
  • A capstone project that takes one brief through all 16 deliverables, with scoring rubrics
  • A 175-term glossary, each term with a simple definition, the technical meaning, an example and how an agency applies it
  • Exercises and self-quizzes at the end of each level

Verified, not recycled

The platform facts in this guide were checked against Meta's own current documentation before publication — including several things most published courses still teach incorrectly. One example: Aggregated Event Measurement no longer requires you to prioritise eight conversion events per domain, the AEM tab has been removed from Events Manager, domain verification is no longer required for event configuration, and you no longer select a conversion domain when creating a campaign. If a course is still teaching you the eight-event setup, it has not been updated in years.

What this guide will not do

  • No fabricated case studies and no invented client results. Every scenario is labelled fictional and every figure labelled illustrative.
  • No testimonials that were never given.
  • No methods for circumventing Meta's enforcement systems. Recycled accounts, cloaking and domain rotation are not covered, because agencies built on them lose their clients' accounts, not just their own.
  • No claim that one pricing model, one CRM or one software stack is the right one. You get the trade-offs and you decide.
  • No advice to ask a client for their password. Meta's partner access system exists, and the guide shows you exactly how to use it.

Who this is for

  • Freelancers who can run ads but cannot price, pitch or keep a client
  • Media buyers who want to stop being paid by the hour
  • Business owners who want to stop being lied to by their agency
  • Complete beginners who want the whole map before they start
