Refund policy

This policy applies to digital products sold by Nexdrop.

Digital downloads

Every product on this store is a digital file delivered by email immediately after payment. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and we do not offer refunds once the download link has been sent.

When we will refund you

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The download link never arrived or does not work, and we could not deliver a working file within 72 hours of you contacting us.
• The file you received is corrupted or is not the product described on the page, and we cannot replace it.

In these cases we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email us your order number and a description of the problem within 7 days of purchase. We reply to every request.
